Digitalization Roadmap of HKCAAVQ as a leading Regional Quality Assurance Agency (QA)

The existing strategic plan of HKCAAVQ aspires to become a leading regional QA agency and as such, a roadmap to digitalization is being established following the pilot initiatives of establishing Digital Credential Hub and initial testing on Robotic Process Automation applications. On the way moving towards the next strategic plan to be implemented in 2024, a roadmap to digitalization with integration of the current initiatives to the existing systems and beyond, taken into account of the development of technology are being drawn and presented.
