Mr Ricky Leung Wing-kee Executive Director, Engineering & Technology has more than 30 years of experience at Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK). Mr Leung is responsible for AAHK’s engineering and technology development, managing AAHK’s assets and delivering engineering projects at Hong Kong International Airport. Before joining AAHK, Mr Leung worked in consulting engineering firms and government departments on the planning, design and management of large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.
